Farmstay
We are a working Beef Cattle and Merino Sheep farm, situated almost halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. The property is 10km west of Uralla and 25km from Armidale in the beautiful New England Tablelands.
Perfect for students, work groups, family groups, and small get-togethers. Use this accommodation as your launch pad for the many local attractions including National Parks’ gorge and falls walks, bush walks at Mt Yarrwoyck for Aboriginal Cave Paintings, float down the Gwydir at Yarrowyck crossing, pan for gold at the fossicking area, trail ride at Harlow Park and visit the dairy at Sun Hill Goat Farm. Many local artisans, book and antique shops, cafes, pubs, galleries, a brewery, distillery and wineries are found in and around Uralla.
Your farmstay will be completely private – no neighbours and only one group per building at any time. Cook dinner, sit near the campfire and enjoy stargazing with your family night after night without being disturbed.
Enquire on booking for the opportunity to snuggle and feed a cacophony of poddy animals including lambs, calves, Greg the goat, show cows, Peppa the non-working border collie, fluffy bunnies and the odd chook.
Have a friendly, well-behaved best friend you’d like to bring along? Feel free to bring your (vaccinated) dog to our gorgeous farmstay. They will need to remain on lead and three dog runs are available for your pooch.
Unlock your adventurous side and explore the property! Note: During lambing, this may be unavailable, please check with our staff on booking. Paddock style horse agistment available.
Our shearing shed and tea room is available for any meetings you require. There’s plenty of room to park vehicles and store your equipment – a meeting room you won’t soon forget!
The farmstay is 10km from Uralla which boasts fantastic cafés, a bakery, an award-winning butchery and more. Alternatively, breakfast baskets can be supplied for additional costs.
